Most Frequently Asked Questions
How much time do I get to take the course?
You'll always have access to the training. However, the testing windows are limited, by design. For single courses, you are allowed 30 days to watch and take the test. Training courses allow 45 days to watch and take the test. The certification process grants an additional 30 days.
Who will be my faculty advisor?
Not all courses include 1 on 1 faculty tutoring. For those courses that do, it is hard to say since we rotate our experts. Often our Executive Director Erik Wolf will take the tutoring role for Academy learners.
Will I be able to download materials?
Most training includes downloadable materials, which are things like handouts, articles, or workbooks. Note that none of the videos may be downloaded but you can come back and watch them any time after you complete the course.
Can I get an invoice?
Invoices can be requested but know that we do not charge any VAT or sales tax on any of our products. We recommend to use your email receipt as well as your payment confirmation (credit card or wire transfer) for proof of payment for tax deductibility.
